It establishes and operationalizes a knowledge-sharing and coordination platform in collaboration with the National Plastic Action Partnership (NPAP) Secretariat to promote innovation and evidence-based solutions. Additionally, the initiative supports MSMEs through technical and financial assistance, with a focus on women-led enterprises, market linkages, and capacity building. The project also advances policy and public engagement through awareness campaigns, development of costed policy briefs, and proactive risk identification and mitigation throughout implementation.
